By accessing and using SquareMeter (SQMT), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SquareMeter provides a comprehensive B2B SaaS platform for real estate and construction professionals. Our services include but are not limited to CRM capabilities, lead portal integrations, automated voice agents, and payment receipt generation.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any illegal activity.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms, as we may update them from time to time. SquareMeter may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of SquareMeter is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and customer data. By using SquareMeter, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined therein.

6. Modifications to Service

SquareMeter reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
